Established neighborhoods, thoughtful pools
Energy Corridor and Memorial sit on some of Houston's most distinctive residential land — mature oaks and pines, custom homes spanning every era from mid-century to brand-new builds, and lots that allow real pool design freedom. The neighborhoods west of Memorial Drive — from Memorial Bend and Wilchester out to Briarhills and Nottingham Forest — represent a deep, established pool market.
Pool work here is mostly two things: thoughtful custom new builds on larger Memorial-area lots, and renovations to bring older Spring Branch, Spring Valley, and Memorial pools up to current. The neighborhoods are old enough that we see plenty of pools from the 80s and 90s in need of resurfacing, retiling, and modern equipment.

Custom builds on bigger lots
Memorial and Energy Corridor lots typically allow real pool design freedom. We build everything from elegant geometric pools for modern customs to natural-style lagoon builds with rockwork.
Heavier renovations
Spring Branch and Spring Valley pools from the 80s and 90s are hitting the end of their plaster and tile life. A full resurface, retile, and equipment refresh transforms them.
Outdoor living integration
Mature trees and great lots make this region ideal for pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and full backyard build-outs. We integrate them with the pool from the start.
Equipment & weekly service
Memorial, Spring Branch, Spring Valley, and Nottingham Forest routes — full equipment service plus weekly maintenance from the same team.
